1. English is the official language of the conference. All papers should be written and presented only in English.

2. All papers should be submitted in WORD and PDF formats, and should be typeset according to the template on the conference website.

3. All papers should report original research results and should not be published elsewhere before. The copyrights of papers should not have been demised to any institution, organization or individual.
